Refund Policy
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of one of our books, you may return it for a refund within 10 days of the purchase date. The book must be in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds:
If the book is returned in accordance with this policy, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned book.
Return Shipping:
We do not refund shipping costs for returned books. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the book back to us.
Damaged or Defective Books:
If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately with receipt. We will provide a replacement book at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Orders:
If we shipped the wrong book or the book is missing pages, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Exceptions:
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for digital downloads or e-books. We also do not accept returns or provide refunds for books that have been personalized or customized.
Cancellation of an Order:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you will need to return the book for a refund.
Changes to Return Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. The most current version of the policy will always be posted on our website.
